Gold and Relics Gold Prospecting Adventures cater for everybody, from those with little or no experience to more experienced prospectors who are wanting to improve their technique and find more gold. Their guides are professional gold prospectors and you will learn more in one day by taking a tour with Gold and Relics Adventure Tours than you would learn in ten years trying to do it alone.

Gold and Relics Gold Prospecting Adventure Tours had a participant on a Gold and Relics Adventure Tour find a nine ounce specimen nugget, with seven ounces of gold in it, worth well over $10,000. Miners licenses can be purchased and gold detectors can be hired by the day or week and include all equipment necessary for prospecting. Coiltek offer one-day Prospecting outings designed for both beginners and more experienced prospector alike.
Coiltek supplies all the latest gold prospecting detectors and other equipment.
Coilteks gold tours are run on Friday and Saturday. Beginning 9am and finishing 4.30pm. Lunch is around 1pm for 1/2 hour.
Participants only need to supply their own food and drink, outdoor clothes and shoes or boots without steel caps.
Participants use their own vehicles, as all locations are accessible by car. The first part of the day we will show you how to prospect for gold. This includes what to look for, read the ground, plants etc. We will take you out to our test patch and learn how the latest detectors are set up and used.
In the afternoon you will be able to go detecting with the guidance of our instructor. All participants do not need current miners right as you are covered by our tour licence.
Booking is essential as we only take 6 people out per day. Price for the day is $ 140.00 which include a hire Detector per person. Price for the day is $120.00 with your own Detector.
